**Domestic Customers**

Standard Shipping

can take anywhere from 2-5 business days-depending on your location and proximity to Florida.  West coast shipments typically take about 7 days.

Priority shipping

Through USPS is approximately 2 business days, as is Fedex and UPS.

Express and Overnight

shipments take precedence.  They are the first ones packed, and the first ones shipped out.  “Express” overnight with USPS is not available in all areas on Saturdays.  Fedex and UPS have varying regulations that are dependent on business and residential addresses.  For individual and more detailed information, please feel free to email us at or visit:


If you have an order that needs special attention and/or needs to be shipped out the same day you place it, please call us, as we may be able to accommodate your request.  We really do try to work with our customers when the situation allows. 


If you select “standard shipping” at checkout, your package will be shipped with USPS and you will receive a tracking number. All packages can be tracked with your tracking number on If you select for your package to be shipped with FedEx or UPS, you will automatically receive a tracking number and can track your shipment on and, respectively.  Insurance and confirmation/receipt of delivery are considered additional and special services that are provided by the USPS.  If you would like any of those services, please select them at checkout.


Shipping Times

“Standard Shipping” takes approximately 4-6 weeks.  In some cases, it may take up to 8 weeks to receive your item/s.  Although we ship it within 1-2 business days, please note that international shipments must clear customs here in Miami before they are shipped to their destination.  That process may take up to 5 business days.  Once the item arrives in your country, it must clear customs again.  That process can add additional days to your expected delivery date.  If you need the item quickly, please do not select “standard shipping” at checkout.  It is our first hand experience that remote locations and countries that do not have an organized postal and/or customs service, take much longer to deliver packages.  That is something that is out of our control.  If you need the item quickly, please select “priority international shipping” at checkout.
“Priority International Shipping” takes between 7-21 days.  The package is considered a “Priority” so it will clear customs much faster than “Standard” packages.
“Priority Express International Shipping” is the fastest and most secure shipping method for international orders.  Typically, if there are not any holdups at customs, you will have your item within 7 business days.  This shipping method also includes tracking, while the others do not.

Please properly research and verify all fees to import any items purchased from our website.  Each country has different rules and regulations regarding importing vitamins, supplements and apricot seeds.  It is necessary that you educate yourself on your own country’s import laws because if an item is confiscated, or rejected by your postal service or customs, we cannot issue a refund because of the nature of the products we sell.

Once those items have been out of our facility for months, we cannot resell them or guarantee their quality.  Even if the item is returned to us, it will be discarded and not sold to another customer for safety reasons.  Being that item is a total loss, we cannot refund your cost of the product or the shipping.  That is why it is imperative for you to have full knowledge of what is allowed and what is not allowed to be imported into your country.

Additionally, we have had situations where buyers have ordered items from us, and after receiving a notification from their customs or postal office that they owe duty fees, have decided that they do not want to pay the customs fees and simply abandon their item.  They feel that if they do not pick it up, they are entitled to a refund.  Please understand that we are a small business and cannot issue a refund because you have chosen not to pick up an item that you ordered from our website.

Financially, and logically, we cannot afford to issue refunds simply because you chose to abandon your item.  When you order from our site, please plan to pay for any customs fees associated with the entire cost of your item.  We hope that all of the information provided above will help you to plan accordingly when ordering from our site.  Again, please research your customs regulations properly as some items that can be imported into some countries, are not allowed in others.

UK buyers are being charged Customs, VAT and processing/handling fees by the Royal Mail (which are being billed as additional postage).  These fees can add an additional 20+ GBP to the cost of the item.  These fees cannot be foreseen or paid by us, as they are being charged in your country upon the items’ arrival.  All postage fees to deliver the item to the UK are being paid in accordance to the USPS shipping guidelines.


When you select “standard shipping” at checkout, please know that you will NOT receive a tracking number.  The only number that will print out is the “Customs Form” number.  That number is only scanned here in the United States.  Once it leaves, there is no guarantee that the number will be scanned again by international post offices.
Please note that any international shipments must clear customs here in Miami before they are shipped to their destination.  That process may take up to 3-5 business days.  If you would like tracking for your shipment, please select “Priority” or “Priority Express International Shipping” at checkout. Insurance is available at an additional cost for all packages.


Due to the cost and nature of our products, we highly recommend that you make arrangements for your package to be delivered to a safe area at your home or have someone available to accept it. If the tracking shows that the package was delivered, we cannot issue a refund. We’re sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause, but we cannot issue refunds for items that have been stolen from your home.
